Conifer Construction fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU legislation, which is applicable to all EU citizens.

How we use your data.
The personal information we collect might include your name, address, phone number, email address. These details are used for correspondence between Conifer Construction and yourself in relation to your query or work we carry out for you. Your email is never shared with any 3rd party companies under any circumstances.

Online Transactions
At the time of writing all of our online payments are proccessed securely with Paypal. It is necessary in order to process your card payment to collect your name, address and card details. These are provided securely to our card processing partner Paypal and the transaction is proccessed on Paypals servers. “Paypal is not a ‘Data Controller’ under the GDPR legislation,”
